New Business: 

• We presented the first draft of our proposal to Phil. 
• We created a new draft of our proposal based on Phil's feedback. 
• We shifted our focus from earthquakes to volcanoes. The locations affected by a potential eruption are clearly defined and volcano eruptions are more unpredictable than earthquakes. This means our region is more specific and the AI tool has more opportunities to help human experts.
• We finished our new proposal and used it to start drafting our presentation for next week in Google Slides. 
• We agreed to finish the presentation by the end of the week and divided it up into sections so that each of us knew which slides we would be presenting next week, on the 10th of October.
