Research on designs that incorporate culture of New Zealand

Since our target area for this product is New Zealand I looked and designs that incorporated their culture while also looking aesthetically nice.

I came across Pounamu which is a term used to describe several types of stones from the South Island of New Zealand These stones are hard and durable. They widely prized and highly valued in New Zealand. They have significant cultural relevance within Māori traditions

I want to try try implement this into the design of our wearable accessory
